The Republic Day and Peace Day programme was a grand affair which began with a welcome dance followed by a prayer service by the students of VII A.  A hearty welcome was accorded to the chief guest Mrs Lenisa P Kamath, former teacher of English and social science. Presently she is a home maker.
 
The students of Std VII A put up a meaningful skit on the Fundamental Rights. The students of II A put up a tableau on the peacemakers of the world like Jesus, Mother Theresa and Mahatma Gandhi. Next in order, came the patriotic dances with the students dancing with enthusiasm and gusto.
 
The prizes for Sports Day was given away by the chief guest Mrs. Kamath. In the end she gave the message on Republic Day where she told the students to seize every opportunity to improve themselves. A memento was presented to the chief guest by Sr. Maisie, our Headmistress and the programme ended with a vote of thanks.
