The state-level swimming tournament was held by the Karnataka department of education and literacy on October 12 and 13 in Basavanagudi, Bangalore. Alisha Sweedal Rego of Lady English Higher Primary School won all of the individual competitions and took second place with a silver medal in the 4 × 100-meter relay. She's been chosen to compete in the national swimming championship.
