" Children's Day is the happiest day of every child's life."
The 133rd birth anniversary of India's first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, celebrated as Children's Day because of his love, care, and affection for children, and his belief that children must be raised carefully and tenderly because they are the nation's future and citizens of tomorrow, they are the country's strength and the cornerstone of society, was celebrated with delight, zeal, and majesty at LadyHill English higher primary school. The day was centred on the youngsters and their happiness.
The students came dressed casually for the occasion, and the celebration began with a morning assembly, followed by a variety of fun-filled activities and games planned by the teachers for their students. The teachers took advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime chance by putting together a meaningful programme that included a prayer service, skits, and dances.Through the performance, the headmistress and teachers conveyed the message that they must practise qualities such as love, patience, kindness, peace, justice and so on in order to become brilliant and excellent citizens of tomorrow.
It was an amazing day, and the kids took advantage of it by playing games and dancing to their hearts' pleasure. Children enjoyed the ice cream, and the children's day at school concluded happily with the delivery of awards to those who had won in the games.
