Ladyhill English Higher Primary School celebrated Independence Day with a deep sense of patriotism and pride. The event began with the flag hoisting ceremony led by the Parent Teacher Association Vice President, Mrs. Sandrich Dsouza, along with the Joint Secretary, Sr. Violet Tauro A C, Principal Sr. Jenifer Moras A C, and Vice Principal Sr. Ivy Moras A C.
Following the solemn flag hoisting, the program transitioned into a lively cultural segment. The students performed a series of captivating acts, including heartfelt songs and a dance drama that highlighted the remarkable achievements of India since its independence. The celebration was further enriched with a variety of dances that showcased the vibrant spirit of patriotism. The Masters of Ceremony skillfully guided the event, addressing the audience in three different languages English, Kannada and Hindi, which underscored the unity in diversity that defines the country.
The chief guest, Mrs. Sandrich Dsouza, addressed the students and parents, conveyed her best wishes, and urged them to develop a sense of patriotism. The chief guest honored the winners of the various Sports Competitions during the Celebrations.
